1. General Information Amara Beach Resort (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is located in Koh Phangan, Thailand. These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, bookings, and interactions conducted through our Site.

2. Booking and Payments a. All bookings made through our Site are subject to availability and confirmation by Amara Beach Resort. b. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Payment details will be collected during the booking process. c. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified in the booking confirmation. d. All prices are inclusive of 7% tax. e. Payments made at reception via credit or debit card will incur an additional 3% processing fee.

3. Cancellation Policy a. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking. Specific cancellation conditions will be provided at the time of booking. b. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the specified policy to avoid penalties or forfeit of payments.

4. Check-In and Check-Out a. Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 11:00. b. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities a. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay. b. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations while on the resort premises. c. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Please adhere to designated smoking areas. d. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests, parties and excessive noise are prohibited after 10:00 PM. e. All guests are expected to treat staff and fellow guests with respect and courtesy. Rude, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Limitation of Liability a. Amara Beach Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or your stay at the resort. b. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or for any injuries sustained while on our premises.

7. Website Use a. The content on our Site is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice. b. Unauthorized use of this Site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
